2026 Forms & Registration

Everything you need for the 2026 Salinas Colts & Broncos season is right here. Please complete online registration and download all required league and organization forms before attending in-person registration.

Register Online for 2026

2026 In-Person Registration Dates

In-person registration will be held at Pizza Factory on South Main St from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on the following dates:

• Tuesday, March 24, 2026
• Tuesday, March 31, 2026
• Every Tuesday and Thursday in April 2026

Please bring all required documents and completed forms to registration. Copies will not be made on site.

MBYFL Forms

Please download and complete the following Monterey Bay Youth Football League forms as needed:

• 2026 MBYFL Cheer Player Card
• 2026 MBYFL Code of Conduct Form
• 2026 MBYFL Player Card
• 2026 MBYFL Social Media Policy – Player/Parent
• 2026 Physical Form
• MBYFL 2026 Official Release Notification

SCB Forms

Please review and complete the following Salinas Colts & Broncos forms as needed:

• 2026-27 Football Registration Fee Sheet
• 2026-27 Football Registration Uniform Fee & Jersey Policy

Need Before Registration

To help make registration smooth and fast, please make sure you have:

• Completed online registration
• Required MBYFL forms
• Required SCB forms
• Player birth certificate
• Parent or guardian driver’s license or ID
• Medical insurance card
• Two proofs of residency from different categories
