For over 50 years, The Salinas Colts & Broncos, has been an outstanding program in our community. Our coaching staff is dedicated to teaching respect, sportsmanship, leadership and mentoring the youth of our community. Your children’s well-being is always our top priority, and all our volunteers have been trained in the latest health and safety standards.
DIVISIONS OF PLAY
Mighty Broncos (Flag Football) 5 – 6yrs old as of Aug. 1st
Jr. Broncos (Tackle Football) 7 – 9yrs old as of Aug. 1st (6-8 yrs max 100 lbs., 9 yrs max 72 lbs.)
Broncos (Tackle Football) 9 – 12yrs old as of Aug. 1st (9-11 yrs max 135 lbs., 12 yrs max 92 lbs.)
Colts (Tackle Football) 11 – 14yrs old as of Aug.1st (max 180 lbs for unrestricted players ages 11-13 yrs old, Max 150 for unrestricted players age 14 yrs old. 11, 12, 13 year old players over 180 lbs and 14 yrs old players over 150 lbs will be designated as X-man)
FOOTBALL REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2026 Football Season is open! Our season starts July 28th, 2025, and continues through 11/14 depending on team’s record.
Mighty Broncos Registration fee is $300, $125 refundable deposit for volunteer hours.*
Tackle Football Registration fees are $525, $125 refundable deposit for volunteer hours. *
*Registration fee covers all equipment except cleats. $125 deposit can be used to buy out your volunteer hours, or upon completion of your required hours for the 2026 season will be refunded to you.
